Mikesmenus was founded on August 15, 2004.
On that particularly warm August day Mike and Mike were debating what to eat for dinner. This was a conundrum that they faced on a regular and recurring basis. At their disposal was a stack of local restaurant menus scattered around the floor, but something wasn't right. They wanted easier access to this information. Instead of searching through drawers, under tables, or Rob's room to appease their hunger, they wanted to be able to access their vast collection of local food depositories at the click of a button, or say a mouse. But how? Where could they store this precious information and make it accessible to the world in an intuitive and easy to use format or language? Hmmm....
After struggling with this question for a few hours the two decided that the Internet, though over hyped and inflated seemed to be the best solution. With that taken care of they took a break, popped open a few beers, and watched some TV. The rest is history....
